Michael Dziura

Chief Compliance Officer

Michael Dziura serves as Chief Compliance Officer for Westfuller. Michael has six years of investment compliance experience working with registered investment advisors and registered investment companies on all aspects of compliance, including policies and procedures, risk assessments, SEC and state regulatory interpretations, and compliance reviews.  

He holds the Investment Advisor Certified Compliance Professional (IACCP) and Certified Securities Compliance Professional (CSCP) designations and holds the SIE Exam certification. Michael holds a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Pittsburgh and a Master’s degree from Villanova University.  
 

Prior to working in the field of regulatory compliance, he was a teacher and school administrator in underserved communities in Philadelphia, PA and Pottstown, PA. Michael was recognized for his work by being awarded the National EPIC Teacher Award and being named to Philadelphia’s ‘Top 15 Under 40’ Educator Award list.   

Michael enjoys spending his time with his wife and two young children. He also volunteers his rapidly decreasing free time coaching high school sports.
